A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Owner Steve Sands has been pleasing customers for over 30 years. Partner Jules Buitron has been in the restaurant business for 17 years. Learning the business from the ground up at Café Joelle in Sayville.

Manager Marianne Powell in the restaurant business for over 25 years is constantly tutoring her floor staff on different types of wine as well as ways to make the customers visit to Pasta Pasta more enjoyable.
